We guide and oversee on behalf of our clients the implementation of all property investment actions to ensure they remain aligned to the strategic objectives of the client. We do this by being the technical liaison on behalf of the client when dealing with other professionals in the real estate sector in order to ensure effective technical engagement during construction activities, or during the purchase/acquisition process of a property so as to ensure the client’s objectives are not lost in the detail at the operational level of actualizing the property investment.
